Philippa Bowen was a Warren witch.
History[]
Philippa was born in the 1870s to James Bowen and Iris Sauls.
After Agnes disowned her family, Philippa began to resent Agnes, which lasted for the rest of her life and into the lives of the next generation of children. Philippa wrote in the book of shadows about her disapproval for Agnes:
Agnes came to the house for the first time since the day she turned against us. We were polite, as she remains family, but no more than polite. She brought disgrace to the Bowen family, and there are many among us who are not disposed to forgive her, nor will become so. Agnes, as the saying goes, has made her own bed. Whether she enjoys lying in it is not a concern for the rest of us.

Powers and Abilities[]
- Sorcery: As a witch, Philippa possessed the ability to perform magic, enabling her to cast spells, brew potions and scry for other magical beings. Philippa was an above average potion maker, a trait which passed on to her daughter and granddaughter.
- Molecular Immobilization: Philippa possessed the ability to slow down the molecules of an object to the point that all motion stops and it appears as if time as stopped.
